Sales Executive
UFL a leading commercial furniture company is looking for an experienced sales and relationship professional to join our Head Office in Auckland. Reporting to our Managing Director, this role requires a natural relationship builder who enjoys being client facing and developing relationships with tier 1 Architects, Interior Designers and other decision makers in the specification and fit-out process.
The role of sales executive encompasses:
- Promoting the UFL brand and collection of products to the A&D community, Government Agencies and Corporate clients through regular client presentations
- Achieving monthly sales and GP targets across all areas of the Architectural and Specifier market
- Pursuing and developing new and existing sales leads with the ability to close the sale with solid follow up on outstanding quotes and leads
- Attending various industry and networking functions as a representative of UFL with the view of building rapport with new and existing clients
- Maintaining our position and visibility in the marketplace
- Promote a positive culture
- Achieving the company’s corporate Goals, Vision and Values
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Proven track record of specification sales in commercial projects
- Existing industry relationships desired
- A self-motivated approach to selling and building relationships
- Initiative and has a solution-based sales approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- A keen interest in design and the broader design community
- Great team player who is highly driven
- Strong face to face relationship building skills and superb presentation skills
- Knowledge of commercial furniture or associated interior fit out products desired
UFL rewards performers with a base salary, motor vehicle allowance and bonus structure. The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive training programme.
