A Wellington welcome: meet Sam
The UFL Group family is growing. We now have a dedicated Wellington Based Account Manager – Samantha Seddon. Sam has joined us after a successful career in property management, including eight years at Precinct Properties. This experience will be invaluable when it comes to helping our clients streamline their project delivery.
With a lifelong love of design, furniture, buildings and spaces, Sam will be helping us incorporate some of the world’s best commercial furniture into local projects. Sam’s adept at working with a mix of landlords, tenants, and design professionals, bringing a wealth of knowledge about property projects, and a passion for working collaboratively with our clients to create results they’re thrilled with.
Sam is a Wellingtonian, born and raised. But it’s her dad that may be familiar to those of you who’ve been working with us since our original inception, Nova Interiors. This company is in fact how UFL Group was founded in the Capital, with interior fit outs for both parliamentary offices and residences.
Since then, our furniture has made its way into a mix of Wellington’s public spaces, hospitality, offices, hotels, transport hubs and more. So having someone ‘on the ground’ is just an extension of the local connections we’ve been building for decades.
We’re excited to have Sam on our team. It’s going to be the start of great relationship, and an exciting new chapter for us in Wellington.
