Grey takes centre stage at Yolk cafe in Brisbane with its concrete interior and clean, minimal fit-out. It’s this simple colour palette that is enhanced by hints of brass, touches of neon yellow and the sculptural Bolet pendants from Derlot Editions. Patrons are invited to sit at a myriad of seats, including the contemporary collection of Stump stools and Lerod chairs, also designed by Australian design studio, Derlot Editions.
