The Nuez Lounge BIO® lounge chair is a global innovation, from its three-dimensional and enveloping shell, which folds like a sheet of paper, the most sustainable lounge chair is born. Its thermopolymer shell generated by living microorganisms, is biodegradable and compostable. 100% recyclable and designed so materials can be easily separated: shell, foam, fabric, wood or aluminum base. With a carbon footprint equivalent to wood, it’s the first step at a completely circular product.
A new collection of textiles, CIRCULAR ONE PURE ECO®, has been developed specifically for this chair from recycled polyester (PET) using water bottles, textile waste and plastic packaging, resulting in a selection of sustainable, planet-friendly and 100% recyclable colours and fabrics. The foam is also 100% recycled and recyclable. Assembled without glues, it can be easily disassembled and repaired or reupholstered to extend its life. The central ash base is 100% FSC® certified.
