Nani Marquina was founded in 1986 by Nani Marquina a celebrated Interiors+ Print Designer and daughter of pioneering Spanish Designer Rafael Marquina with her first range of textiles for the home with a focus on rugs.
Following on from this Nani collaborated with fellow contemporary Spanish Designers such as Javier Mariscal, Jorge Pensi and then went on to work with other world renowned designers such as Diego Fortunata, Sybilla and America Sanchez amongst many others……..
The Nani Marquina rug range has grown into a multi faceted award winning collection which adorns the likes of New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and many proud homes and businesses around the world….It includes more than 180 rugs from 60 separate designs from a collection of Designers who have become household names.
Strong in themes of Art, materials (NZ wool) colour, hand made production and geometrics, the Nani Marquina Range is a truly striking collection of contemporary hand made rugs.
