Rotating tape heads, greatly improve the flexibility of any queuing system and enable quick and easy changes to be made to the configuration which may be caused by client or staff numbers increasing and decreasing throughout the day

The rotating tape head also provides economic benefits by decreasing the cost of breakages and maintenance as users are able to avoid mishandling the tapes and damaging them during configuration changes
